Frequently Asked Catering Questions

Below are answers to some of the questions that our customers frequently ask us. If you have any questions that we did not answer, just reach out to us via email info@veeskitchenllc.com.

​What is your minimum order for catering?

Our minimum order amount is $500 for all catering orders, excluding delivery fees and additional services.

What happens if I don't meet my catering minimum of $500?

You will typically be required to pay the difference between your actual order total and the minimum amount.

How far in advance should I book my order?

  • Weddings and other large events

    It's best to book us 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability.

  • Holiday catering

    If you're looking for a full-service holiday catering package, you should book us about a month in advance.

  • Smaller events

    For events with 50 or fewer people, you can usually book us 4 weeks in advance. For events with fewer than 20 people, you can usually book us 2- 3 weeks in advance. 

What areas do you deliver to? Do you charge a delivery fee?

We deliver within a 50-mile radius of Clinton, Maryland. The delivery fee is $75 for up to 10 miles, with an additional $2 per mile after that.

Do you offer tastings?

Yes. For $250, you enjoy a tasting for up to 4 guests, available for events with a food cost of $1,500 or more. We will provide sample-sized portions of 3-5 items from your selected menu. If the tasting fee isn't suitable for you or your catering order doesn't meet the minimum, we invite you to check out our reviews at the bottom of our home page for more insights.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We prefer cash or bank transfer for payments, but we also accept credit and debit cards, as well as electronic payment methods like Apple Pay and Zelle. Please note that credit and debit card transactions will incur a 3% convenience fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event will incur a charge of 50% of the total balance. For cancellations made within 24- 72 hours of the event, the full balance of 100% will be charged. Please ensure that all cancellation requests are submitted in writing to info@veeskitchenllc.com.

What is your payment policy?

Payment is required 7 business days prior to your event. If payment is not received and no alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing, your order will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. 

How do I place my order?

Place all orders using the order form associated with the specific service you wish to order. 

Can I adjust my order after booking?

Yes. You can adjust your order up to 7 business days before the event.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are resisted as a legitimate business and hold business insurance. We are current and up to date with all protocols and will provide documentation upon request.
