Enjoy the luxury of fine dining without leaving your comfort zone. Our team will handle everything—cooking, serving, and cleaning the kitchen area used. Each course is meticulously plated and served at your seat, ensuring a sophisticated and polished evening tailored to your preferences.

Mini Crab Cake Bites

Bite-sized crab cakes made with fresh lump crab meat and seasoned with Old Bay, lightly breaded and broiled to a crisp, served with Vee’s Special Sauce.

Guests may bring their own alcohol, but we do not serve or pour alcohol. Each drink will be paired with water.

Booking Requirements:

  • Advance Notice: Reservations are required at least 2 weeks in advance.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.

On-Site Details:

  • Setup: Includes transportation of all necessary equipment, ingredients, and cooking tools. We will arrive 3 hours or more before your event to set up and prepare.

  • Service: Chef Vee will handle all aspects of cooking, serving, and cleaning up the work area during the event.

  • Cleanup: After the event, all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment will be cleaned and removed.

Space and Equipment:

  • Kitchen Space: Ensure adequate kitchen space and appliances are available. We will bring any additional equipment needed for cooking.

  • Dining Area: Provide a clean and organized dining area. We will arrange the table setting and ensure everything is ready for your meal.

 

​Beverages:

  • We can handle the serving and management of your soft-beverages.

  • We do not pour, provide, or serve alcohol but guests are welcome to bring their own beverages.

  • Each drink will be paired with water.

Additional Costs:

  • Travel Fees:

 $75 for deliveries up to 10 miles.

$ 2 per mile for distances beyond 10 miles, up to a maximum of 50 miles.

  • Decor: If you prefer a more interactive and presentation-focused setup, please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your preferences. Optional decor and table settings are available for an additional cost. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable.

Please Note:

  •  Uniform Menu: All guests will receive the same starter, appetizer, entree, 2 sides, dessert, and beverage.

  •  Dietary Restrictions: Communicate any dietary restrictions or allergies ahead of time to ensure special accommodations.
