Booking Requirements:

Advance Notice: Reservations are required at least 2 weeks in advance.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
On-Site Details:

Setup: Includes transportation of all necessary equipment, ingredients, and cooking tools. We will arrive 3 hours or more before your event to set up and prepare.

Service: Chef Vee will handle all aspects of cooking, serving, and cleaning up the work area during the event.

Cleanup: After the event, all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment will be cleaned and removed.
Space and Equipment:

Kitchen Space: Ensure adequate kitchen space and appliances are available. We will bring any additional equipment needed for cooking.

Dining Area: Provide a clean and organized dining area. We will arrange the table setting and ensure everything is ready for your meal.
Beverages:

We can handle the serving and management of your soft-beverages.

We do not pour, provide, or serve alcohol but guests are welcome to bring their own beverages.

Each drink will be paired with water.

Travel Fees:
$75 for deliveries up to 10 miles.
$ 2 per mile for distances beyond 10 miles, up to a maximum of 50 miles.

Decor: If you prefer a more interactive and presentation-focused setup, please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your preferences. Optional decor and table settings are available for an additional cost.

Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable.
